All FrameMatch recommendation scoring models, custom UI design components, proprietary algorithms, film analysis journals, and visual assets displayed on Feedcabinrankltt are the sole intellectual property of Feedcabin Rank LTT Media Ltd. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the site for personal film discovery.

3. Third-Party External Platforms

Our platform includes verified links pointing to official streaming platforms, film distribution services, and cinema databases. Feedcabin Rank LTT Media Ltd. does not host copyrighted feature films directly and is not responsible for external third-party licensing or platform terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Feedcabin Rank LTT Media Ltd. provides recommendation indexes "as is" without express warranties of uninterrupted availability. In no event shall our company be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from platform access or reliance on algorithmic match scores.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Courts located in London, United Kingdom shall hold exclusive jurisdiction over any legal claims or disputes.
